QSL has excellent adhesion to most surfaces including wood and remains flexible, even at low temperatures. Resistance to water and mildew means that QSL should be used inside around sinks, tubs and shower stalls as well as outside around window and door frames.

After QSL has dried, its smooth finish may be painted or stained. QSL comes in various colors to match most decors.
